1. Purpose
This policy establishes the principles, procedures, and responsibilities that govern the enrollment of students through Beyond Borders IP into our partner UK universities, colleges, pathway providers, and education groups.
2. Eligibility
Beyond Borders supports students who:
- Are EU or Home students, or have the right to study in the United Kingdom.
- Meet the academic and English-language requirements of their chosen course.
- Provide accurate and verifiable supporting documentation.
- Are at least 18 years of age.
3. The enrollment process
- Free initial consultation and profile assessment.
- Tailored shortlist of suitable courses and partner institutions.
- Document collection and verification.
- Application preparation, including personal statement guidance.
- Submission to one or more partner institutions.
- Offer management and acceptance support.
- Post-offer support (offer response guidance, enrolment readiness, and final-stage advisory).
4. Responsibilities of the student
Students are responsible for providing accurate information, supplying genuine supporting documents, meeting deadlines communicated by Beyond Borders or the partner institution, and complying with the rules of any institution to which they are admitted.
5. Responsibilities of Beyond Borders
Beyond Borders will provide professional, ethical, and student-first advice, submit applications accurately and on time, communicate offers and decisions clearly, and safeguard student information in line with our Privacy Policy.
6. Relationship with partner institutions
We work with formally appointed UK partner institutions under recognised representation agreements. Beyond Borders is remunerated by the institution on successful enrolment — not by students.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
Because students are not charged any fees by Beyond Borders, there are no refunds to process from our side. Tuition refunds, deposits, and withdrawal terms are governed by the policies of the specific partner institution to which a student is enrolled.
8. Ethical conduct
Beyond Borders prohibits the submission of fraudulent documents, misrepresentation of student profiles, or any practice that breaches the integrity of UK admissions. Any student or representative found in breach will have their application withdrawn and their relationship with Beyond Borders terminated.
9. Policy review
This policy is reviewed at least annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in law, partner agreements, or operational practice.
